We believe we can build services and tech fundamentally better than what we currently see in the market of electric vehicle charging and home energy management.
BlueBird Power is looking for a driven, talented and enthusiastic cloud engineer who wants to make an impact in the energy transition.
About the opportunity
In this role your tech contributes to the energy transition. You will have the opportunity to work in a greenfield environment, which allows you to create your own ‘legacy’. Together we will build a super scalable microservices based platform that can connect to millions of IoT devices. As a member of the core team you are eligible for stock options in addition to an attractive and competitive base salary.
Who are you
You are an experienced backend developer who has affinity with cloud computing. You are passionate about getting the most performance out of the cloud computing environment. You are eager to learn new platforms and languages.
Next to this, you have
- Experience with cloud computing
- Been creating and maintaining APIs
- Worked with GoLang, Rust, Javascript
- CI/CD experience and vision
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- IoT experience (is a plus)
- EV/Energy domain knowledge (is a plus)
And you are a(n)
- Strong communicator
- Architect experience or ambitious to become one
- Tech leader with a clear vision
- Person who wants to work in a very fast paced environment with short iterations
- Proactive and self-disciplined self-starter
